The present invention relates to a new technology for extracting levodopa by use of mucuna plant seeds-cat peas. The said new technology is characterized by that it is the method which uses the dilute acid solution whose permeability is relatively strong as solvent, and makes extraction by use of percolation method under room temp. through the exchange of the 732# cation exchange resin, and uses the mixed solution of ammonia water and glacial acetic acid as the eluting agent to make purification and separation of levodopa. |
