The quartz elastic capillary tube is a new type capillary tube used in the gas-phase chromatography. The present invention is that a nitrogen-filled pressurizing unit is increased on the basis of manufacturing process of optical waveguide fibre. The said device consists of a nitrogen-filling cylinder and a pressure gage. The various standards of elastic quartz capillary tubes whose internal diameters are 100 um, 320 um, 530 um can be made by controlling nitrogen gas pressure for controlling the size of capillary internal diameter. |
