    In the said image-processing circuits, the video controller for image control has sound controller, movable-image controlling circuit, graphic generator, composite circuit and collision-checking circuit, etc. All these as well as address and data latch and time-sequence circuit are in one IC. The said image-processing circuits can make images displayed and the sound changeable so as to improve the effect of game machine. It is suitable for both NTSC and PAL TV systems.
