    The prodn process of solar cell array includes: a) Supplying the first aluminium foil; b) Forming small hole on the first foil; c) Supplying a spherical semiconductor particle with P-type core and N-type surface; d) Connecting the foil to N-type area; e) Eliminating the N-type surface on one side of the foil; f) Forming an insulating layer on the above-said side of the foil and the particle; g) Eliminating partial P-type core of the particle and the corresponding insulating layer; and h) Connecting a second aluminium foil to the area without P-type core.
