    In the said video signal controller, the ROM and the RAM in main computer may be directly turned on after the video information asks for signal input. This may simplify the structure. In the above-said structure, figure data may be placed in any position of the memory, and this improves the practicality of the video signal controller. Furthermore, there are an outer selection line for low-solution or high-solution frame display, and an outer selection line for the output video signal of either NTSC system or PAL system so as to suit the TV set with different system.
