The present invention is new-type magnetic roller for the developer of duplicating machine. The said roller has a central magnetic-conduction spindle, an insulating layer, and developing, powder-accepting, powder-feeding and cutting magnetic poles bound around. The magnetic-pole material are formed by mixing different amount of SmCo5 alloy powder into parmanent-magnetism host rare-earth of CeCoCuFe. Various magnetic pole has different magnetic-field intensity, which of the developing pole is 650-750 Gs, the powder-accepting and powder-feeding poles is higher, and the cutting pole is the highest. The gaps between poles are filled with resin. Finally, the roller is machined into needed size with an outer non-magnetic sleeve. |
