    The said colour display device detects the rotation speed of vehicle shaft by means of driving-speeddetector and produces pulse signal. The pulse signal is cut into period pulse by the timer of clock pulse. The period pulse is counted, decoded and used to light the corresponding light source. Different light source unit produces different-color light, so as to indicate different driving speed.
