    The present invention is an angular displacement sensor, esp. an area-changeable one, for detecting directional inclination or verticality. It is realized by making the fixed plate rotate to the movable plate and horizontal line. The present invention has the merits of high precision, high linearity and no influence by inclination factor other than that in detection direction. It may also be used as rotary angular-displacement sensor.
