The said improved water valve features that there are an axial hole in the center of the spindle, a filter net at one end of the spindle, a water tip and its adjusting knob at the other end of the spindle, and an elastic pressing sleeve in the upper part of the main seal bowl. When the spindle moves, the pressing sleeve produces a friction force, by means of which the delay time is adjusted. The said valve has flushing, washing and handle self-cleaning functions, and thus may be used for household and public latrine. |
