The said improved water valve features that there are an axial hole in the center of the spindle, a filter net at one end of the spindle, a water tip and its adjusting knob at the other end of the spindle, an air cavity in the upper part of the main seal bowl, and an air adjuster which is connected to the air cavity and in the outer surface or end. The delay time may be adjusted with the delay-adjusting knob changing the restore time of the air cavity. The said valve has flushing washing and handle self-cleaning functions, and thus may be used for household and public latrine. |
