The multiple sets of plating brush which are installed with turning node and torsional shaft are evenly distributed over the outer surface of workpieces to be plated. During brush plating, plating brush is contacted with workpieces to be plated, and an adjustable pressure force may be applied on workpieces. As for technological aspect, sanding and fixing of diamond abrasives as well as special technological parameters are adopted, thus the work efficiency of making product is increased by 3-4 fold, and the cost is decreased 50-90. The same wear rate as conventional technology is ensured. |
