The glazed paper-straw hat is weaved with paper string which is dried after glossing with glazing coating which is constituted of palmitic acid, stearic acid, white wax, oil-water mixing promoter, fluorescer, organic solvent and water etc. During formulating, water is firstly boiled; and then palmitic acid, stearic acid, white wax are put into it, after being melted finally, oil-water mixing promoter, fluorescer, organic solvent are added to resulting mixture. After mixing by thoroughly stirring, a white paste is formed. The paper string glossed with said coating is bright in color, stiff, beautiful and good in waterproof performance. |
