This invention provides a solvent extracting process of lincolnensin. Wherein octanol is used as extracting agent. Octanol is insoluble with water, thus the loss of solvent is less. At same time, the recovery of lincolnensin is also increased. Total recovery may be greater than 80%. The technological process of this invention is as follows. The fermentation liquor containing lincolnensin is extracted with octanol, the extract is washed with water and re-extracted with hydrochloric acid. The re-extract is further refined and the accepted lincolnensin hydrochloride is obtained. Said procoss has advantages such as simple in technology, low in production cost, easy availability and low price of extracting agent. |
