    This amorphophallus rivieri food additive uses amorphophallus rivieri paste with the state of uneven surface as raw material. By removing 10-60% of its water content, it can be added into food to generate a meat taste after heating treatment. As it is used as main component, along with flavourings in different proportions, it can be used to make up various foods such as Hamburg, sausage, the sausage mainly made of starch, dumpling and steamed dumpling fillings, fish paste, and so on by using more cooking manners: parching, steaming, frying and stewing.
