This invention relates to a method for making flour food by toasting, especially for snack pastry. Flour, egg. and leaven are mixed into a thin dough, then put it in a frying pot filled with plant oil while sesame is sprinkled on its surface. Going through heating, frying and baking, a rectangular thin pastry is obtained, that is used to wrap ham, romaine lettuce, sweet sauce, etc. to make up the snack pastry. It features being spongy and tasty, rich nutrients and having the characteristics of both Chinese and Western-style foods. |
