The present invention discloses a redemption method for the fluorescent layer of the colorful image tube screen, which comprises the following procedures: the defective fluorescent strip is found, the defective screen is sought out from the main assembly line of the solutioning procedure, the selective cleaning procedure is performed, the fluorescent strip is removed from the selected screen, and the complete black-and-white substrate is kept; then the cleaned screen is resent into the solutioning procedure, namely the fluorescent strip formation procedure, and forms a new fluorescent strip. By using the present invention, the working time and the cleaning water can be saved, and also the waste of graphite and photosensitive material is avoided; the dosage of the chemicals for removing the black substrate is decreased, and finally the production cost of the colorful image tube is decreased. |
