    The present invention utilizes the principle of siphon to siphon off water from lower to higher place where water is pressurized and may do work for generating electricity while it flows from higher to lower place. The advantages of the said invention are: low cost, simple construction, and electric station can be installed everywhere without the need of any energy source.
