The invention adopts hydroulic method to remove the black skin of cotton stem, and is suitable for use in large scale industrial prodn. The cotton stem after being removed the black skin is ground into mechanical pulp by plate grinding machine under normal temp.. Through primary bleaching, qualified newsprint paper can be produced. Through secondry bleaching, the higher grade cultural paper can be produced. The cotton stem after its black skin being removed, through chemical cooking and multiple times of bleaching the high grade cultural paper can be produced. The said invention is simple in technology, evident in economical benefit, timber comsumption saving and low in cost. For making one ton of newsprint paper, it requires 3 cubic meter of timber, while cotton stem is adopted only 1.5 to 1.6 tons will be enough. According to the present price, the price of raw material is only one seventh of that of timber. |
