    Aluminium and zinc based damping alloy used for the invented automobile gearbox-case is a new alloy material for producing gearbox-case. As aluminium and zinc based damping alloy is taken to substitute the original cast iron or common cast aluminium alloy to make gearbox-case, the noise of gearbox is reduced obviously and the operating characteristics of the case are improved. The said damping alloy material is suitable for producing gearbox of light or mirco-model trucks and various vehicles as well as the cases of instrument and apparatus.
