    The present invention is composed of rainfall sensor, electronic switch, motor-driven wind screen wiper and swing link rubber brush. The electronic switch starts or stops the wiper automatically in accordance with the rainfall information transfered by rainfall sensor and changes the swing frequency of the swiper's swing link automatically, thus avoiding such sortage as single frequency and frequent manual operation in the traditional wind-screen wiper.
