This invention relates to a kind of inside lining forming device of polytetra-fluoroethylene standard sealing cap, which consis of polytetrafluoroethylene board material, standard sealing cap and dividing plate. There are ventilating holes and channel groove on the dividing plate, to form sucking channels between the channel groove and sealing cap. When the heated polytetrafluoroethylene board material becomes soft, under the action of vacuumatic pressure gradually strained to colg up the ventilating holes, then the vacuumatic pressure will continue to act on other positions of the board material through sucking channels, in order to make it completely into form. To use this kind of forming device to form polytetrafluoroethylene sealing cap, the shape of inside lining is correct, able to completely coincides with the inner surface of the container's standard sealing cap, good rigidity, and not easily deformed. |
