This invention relates to the production technology of plywood. It utilizes the method of split jointing with yarn to replace the technology with glue paper tape. Through the yarn, the small piece boards are put together. In case of split jointing, there are painting glue board split jointing and non-painting glue board split jointing. According to the style of split jointing, it is divided into end split jointing and end-joint split jointing. For the painting glue board, it uses more yarn lines for connection, but less yarn lines for non-painting glue board. This invention is not only used suitable for the processing of dry simple board, but also wet simple board. It can raise the automatic degree of production line and the utility rate of wood and production rate of plywood, so that it solves the difficulty for production of thin board and large sheet board. |
