The present invention takes high sulfur gas which is made from high-sulfur coal or high-sulfur coal adding solid curing agent for warm-up sulfidation. Said method is suitable for the sulfidation of C-Mo series sulfur resistant low conversion catalyst in the process of fully low coversion or low in series with medium conversions and industrial application. The activity and other technical index of the catalyst processed by said method come up to or surpass those of that catalyst processed by other curing agent (as CS2) and sulphurated with high temp quick sulfidation method. Its other advantages are power saving, avoiding the side reaction of methane turning and decreasing the technical failure due to catalyst efflorescence. |
