    This invention relates to a multiple usage of plastic box and the container for storing those boxes. The mankind excrement and urine can be effectively blocked off through the wide use of the said devices in the whole country. The collected excrement and urine are trreted centrally to cut off the excement and urine from draining into sewer for reducing the water pollution. This invention can throughout solve the pollution of the environment and the water quality by excrement and urine in the city and make benefit to the mankind.
