The said monitor consists of several independent monitoring units connected parallelly with subscriber lines, an audiomonitor, a level monitoring unit, a level meter, and a special-purpose single-board computer with a display and a keyboard. Each monitoring unit is composed of bandpass filter, amplitude limiter, amplitude discriminator, freq discriminator, timing decider, memory circuit and relay driving circuit.
