The invention provides a safeguard railing and automatic gate system at bus stop. The passengers stepping down from the bus are lead directly onto the pavement, while the waiting passengers are kept inside the safeguard railing. Traffic accidents are avoided by elimination of mutual interference between pavement, slow lane and fast lane. The bus makes a stop close by the street side to give space for other cars. The automatic gate is provided with a sliding way, not interfering with the passengers stepping up and down. The automatic gate can only be opened with a certain pressure and closed until there is no passenger in the gate. With this system, the usual scene of passengers rushing to the slow lane is no longer seen. The railing and gate system is made of steel pipe. The gate and the reduction gear are mechanically driven, controlled by travel switches for opening and closing. |
