This invention relates to the method for making rubber reinforcer using poor sepiolite mine as raw material. The prodn. process includes: (1) material concn. drying, grinding (2) adding a proper amt. of organic emulsion (3) mixing, drying and grinding. This rubber reinforcer can be used for partly replacing carbon black and white carbon black. The process has advantages: simple prodn. equipment, low cost. The gredient is excellent for the reinforcement of some kinds of shoe soles and rubber prods. |
