    A new extracting agent and crystallizer are adopted to replace the traditional freezing method using sulphuric acid as extracting agent and the costly freezer requiring complicated operation for producing inositol making the operation simplified, the prodn. flow is greatly shortened, the crystallizing speed of prod. can be obviously accelerated. Moreover the yield rate of prod. can be raised by 50% around.
