The invention provides a cement veneer plate with colour designs and its manufacturing method. White cement, quartz sand, mineral pigment, ordinary cement and sand are used to prepare three mixtures with water. The mixtures are cast into a wooden mould with cut designs and over the surface with relief colour designs. When the cement has reached a certain strength, it is put to a process of water grinding, waxing and polishing for a finished veneer plate with verious colour designs. The veneer plate, ideal component for building decoration, has advantages such as beautiful colour design, wide scope of application, abundant raw materials and suitability for large scale production. |
