The invented luggage handcart is designed for people to carry things up and down stairs. The features are: in the part for climbing up the stairs, the mechanism keeps the climbing movement continuous by the wheel frame, which is driven half-way and then automatically completes a whole rotation with the aid of a spring, through a process of alternate engaging and disengaging of four gear wheels without full teeth mounted on two gear shafts; in the part for decending on the stairs, the decending frame is driven to rotate on a fixed shaft and restrained by a spring so as to enable the cart to decend steadily. |
