This invention relates to a wet metallurgical method for extracting Au and Ag from ore and other raw materials by the acidic solution of Cl-carrier and chloride. The molecule of Cl-carrier matter contains active Cl atom that has strong oxidizing nature, so Cl-carrier and sodium chloride has strong dissolving action on Au and Ag under acidic solution condition. The dissolved Au appears as a complex ion of Cl-Au and the dissolved Ag as a complex ion of Cl-Ag. The invention features high extracting rate of Au and Ag from ore, no poison and pollution to environment and low production cost. |
