The frozen fresh blood plasma in bags at -20 - -40 deg.C is put in circulating water bath at 2-6 deg.C for melting and siphoning and then the factor VIII ice cores in each bag are molten, merged together and fast frozen. By repeating above operation, a semi-finished factor VIII solution is obtained. Sucrose and glycine protectors are added in the factor VIII solution which is put in water bath at 60 deg.C and heated for 10 hours for deactivating virus. In the invention, a pure physical process is used to obtain factor VIII, and the natural state of factor VII is kept. Its advantages include simple technological equipment, high yield rate and thorough deactivation of virus. |
