This invention discloses a method for preparing a rust-removing paint that can be directly brushed onto the surface of iron and steel with a rust-thickness less than 200 microns. Its recipe (wt.%) is as follows: 201-model modified PF resin (15-25), rosin solution (20-30), ditoluol (2-8), melaniline chromate (1-5), zinc phosphate (2-8), iron oxide red (15-25), and auxiliary filler (the rest). The paint features deep rust removal and no need of manual or pickling removals of rust before brushing, so decreasing labour intensity and increasing labour efficiency. |
