    An ultrasonic vibrating honing device in which the banding vibrating disc is equiped with a sonic-insulating bar at the pitch circle and the honing bar is connected with the sonic-insulating bar to avoid vibration of the honing bar and the body of the honing head, the floating units is supported on the honing head and the units for open oilstone is supported on the honing bar, so that the honing head float easyly and the units for opening the oilstone is operated easyly.
