An Ni-base alloy features its chemical components (Wt.%): C (1.0-2.0), Cr (20-25), Fe (10.5-20), Mo (2.1-2.5), Si (1.0-1.5), Mn (1.0-1.5), Y or Ce (0.02-0.1) and Ni (residue). High carbon content, along with said other elements, can form compact eutectic carbide and primary carbide to ensure better antiwear nature and glass corrosion resistance, so adapting for glass production.
