    This invention relates to a method for using buffer store technology to increase IP message cc velocity including the following steps: applying for internal memory module to organic multimessage descriping units in the internal memory management unit, connecting these message descriping units with a single circular link list to form a cc message pool to apply for entering into message descriping unit from cc message pool when receiving messages then to send message after each layer process and release the message descriping unit back to the internal memory pool, unifying the management of multiple internal memory modules, so as to grealty increase message cc velocity.
