In the media recovery coding information packets of different importance carry different preferential values, network will provide different qualities of transmission service to packets based on the carried different preferential values, realizing effectively utilizing the network resources and effective transmission of media information. This method has the function of congestion control for end-end and guarantees media stream fairly occupying network resources TCP, so as to promote development of network multimedia application and prevent network congestion collapse.
