The sleeve pile is a pile body with combine structure formed by choosing finished product pile with high structure bearing ability (for example, prestressed pipe pile, steel pile etc.) as pile core and choosing low intension mixed cementing material (such as material made of powder coal ash and etc. industry flotsam) as sleeve. Position disks are fixed on two or more positions at the lower part and the upper part of the pile core, and are disposed with notch reserved in advance. The outer diameter of the position disk is smaller than that of the pile sleeve. The sleeve pile has bigger bearing force and low manufacturing cost compared with the pile made by existing hole forming technology. |
