    A low-cost reliable-work bypass circuit includes diode rectifying bridge and silicon control connected at the side of each power module to the output side of high voltage-frequency conversion governor in parallel and a precharged circuit which is connected in series between each power module and the diode rectifying bridge and silicon control which are connecting in parallel with each power module at DC bus bar outupt end of governor. The voltage at two ends of silicon control in bypass circuit is precharged into DC bus bar voltage valve through the precharged circuit at the time of system being on the power so that the misconnection caused by too high dv/dt value of silicon control at on-off instant of power module can be avoided to save the shortcircuit at output side of inverse conversion bridge and the fault of the power module as well as to save the problem that the silicon control has to stand a too high dv/dt.
