The novel highly effective antineoplastic and antivirotic medicine is a fusion protein (HuIFN-gamma-VVGFC) which is human gamma type interferon deprived of 11 amino acid groups at C terminal and linked with the third ring of poxvirus growth factor through intermediate linking peptide, it has both antiviral activity of human gamma type interferon, conjugation activity with EGF receptor and enhanced anti-proliferation activity for neoplasm cells. The Mu IFN-gammar-EGFC built by the same method has more strong tumor inhibition effect on mouse melanoma.
