The safety device system includes a starter, a signal transmission line, a motor set or the like, an obstacle and a flashing light indicating plate. The starter is placed on the rail at a preset distance from the intersection and started by the action of some factors of coming train, such as weight, etc.. The starter signal makes the motor set to do work via the signal transmission line to make the motor set drive the obstacle to lift up or invaginate downward to obstruct the car and forcedly remind the driver of stopping car.
