The automatic tipping mechanism includes two baseplates. The newly-added baseplate is positioned at the inner side of original baseplate, the both can be relatively rotated. The car frame and car hopper are respectively fixedly connected with the internal baseplate and the external baseplate via the connecting mechanism. After this mechanism is adopted, the self-locking device is unlocked before unloading. When the cargo car suddenly speeds up forward or backs to apply the brake to the rear wheels, the car hopper can be tipped for unloading by the action of inertia. |
