    The supporting member includes a pair of first and second cross-beams which are separated a preset distance and cross over left and right side pieces; a pair of left and right reinforcing pieces which are spaced at a preset distance and cross over cross-beams of (1) and (2) at the middle portion longitudinally and a plate piece crossing over reinforcing pieces. The suspension arm is hinged to second cross-beam in the longitudinal opposite end portion. The steering gear mechanism is placed on the plate piece. ADVANTAGE-has the enough supporting rigidity for suspension arm; can fully protect the steering gear mechanism against impact which can be resulted from stone-block and similitudes.
