The method for preparing defluorinated calcium phosphate by using coal gas as fuel includes the following steps: using (wt%) 70-90% of ground phosphate rock, 5-25% of limestone and 1-5% of defluorination agent as raw material, mixing them with proper quantity of phosphoric acid uniformly in mixer, then balling, placing the balls into rotary kiln and injecting coal gas into the interior of rotary kiln, at the same time spraying water into the rotary kiln, roasting at 800-1400 deg.C, fully defluorinating, and making harmful matter produced by calcinating ground phosphate rock pass through spraying chamber, and cooling, and absorbing by alkali solution and discharging into external. After the calcination is completed, the material is cooled, pulverized and packaged. |
