A television receiver (TV) connectable to the Internet incorporates a first communication terminal (PD1) for communication with a charging managing company (BS) through the first communication terminal (PD1). The charging managing company (BS) is, for example, a communication service company and conducts charging management for commodity providing companies (SP1-SP3) depending on the commodity purchasing state through the television receiver (TV).
