A manufacturing method of sliding-vane for compressor mainly includes the following steps: 1). material selecting, to select suitable stainless steel; 2) cutting and form setting, to cut out the sliding-vane according to the shape of sliding-vane by line cutting method and to mill out slots with milling cutter; 3) heating treatment in vacuum, 4) grinding and polishing, to grind and polish six faces of the sliding-vane separately; 5) nitriding by ammonia gas, to carry on ammonia nitrogenization for the sliding-vanes having been ground and polished; 6) grinding, to grind the surface of sliding-vane again for making it on the specification after the sliding-vane being nitrogenized. |
