The invention relates to a channel switching method and mobile communication terminal using the same. In a mobile communication terminal communicating with network terminal, wireless section (2) receives the radio signal from network terminal through antenna (1), so that the receive data signal is generated from the received radio signal, and the sending signal is generated from the sending data signal, and corresponding to the sending signal, the radio signal is sent to the network terminal by antenna. A first receiving section and a second receiving section (3-1,3-2) generate a first and second pilot symbol signals and a first and second data symbol signals from the receive data signals using a first channle parameter data as the current channle parameter data, and the establishment of the synchronization in the a first pilot symbol signals becomes OK. A sending section (6) sends the said receive data to wireless section by using the first channle parameter data as the current channle parameter data. An integral synthesis section (4) selectively incorporates the first and second data symbol signals, to generate receiving data symbol signals. A processing section (5)processes the receiving data symbol signals. When the receiving data symbol signals comprise channel switching signals, the channel switching signals are discharged from the first channle parameter data to the second channle parameter data. A control section (7) sends the sending data signal to sending section to respond the said channel switching instruction and sets the second channle parameter data to the first receiving section and seding part. The first receiving section then attempts to achieve synchronization. The result of the establishment of the synchronization is received in each first receiving section and second receiving section. |
