    A brushless motor controller comprising a brushless motor having a rotor magnet and a stator coil, a rotor position detecting means for detecting the positions of the plurality of magnetic poles of rotor magnets, a vibration detecting means for detecting unnecessary vibration produced during the rotation of the brushless motor, a lead angle setting means for setting the magnitude of lead angle so that the first output of the vibration detecting means may not exceed a predetermined allowable value, and a lead angle correcting means for producing a commutation timing for a driving current to the stator coil by imparting a lead angle to the third output of the rotor position detecting means in response to the second output of the lead angle setting means.
