The present invention relates to joint nitrogen-fixing plant symbiosis technology and is the constructing method of nitrogen-fixing plants. The present invention combines the observation and test in pure culture condition and large scale field simulation. The specific operations include the selection of fungus and bacterium variety; and the combination of mycorhiza fungi, nitrogen fixing, bacteria and symbiotic nitrogen-fixing plants to construct symbiont. The overwhelming combination includes VA mycorhiza fungi, exogenous mycorhiza fungi and nitrogen fixing bacteria separated from root of nitrogen-fixing tree. The said method can utilize the superiority of both nitrogen-fixing plant and microbes to restore the ecological environment of fragile zone.
