To provide a size restoring device capable of obtaining an accurate restoring effect in a comparatively simple structure to tense and restore a collar of a shirt shrunk due to washing in consideration of relationship with the initial sizes. Both sides of a base 1 are provided with holding mechanisms 2a, 2b for holding both side ends of cloth of a collar. The mechanisms are provided with a pulling mechanism for moving at least one holding mechanism in the stretching direction, and a collar tension adjusting mechanism capable of setting the moving length to a required dimension and adjusting the same, whereby the shirt shrunk due to washing is restored to the initial sizes of the collar of the shirt before washing to avoid setting by over-streching. |
